When at rest a proton experiences a net electro magnetic force of magnitude 8.8 multiplied by 10-13 N pointing in the positivex direction. When the proton moves with a speed of1.4 multiplied by 106 m/s in the positivey direction the net electromagnetic force on it decreases in magnitude to 8.4 multiplied by 10-13 N, still pointing in thepositive x direction. (a) Find the magnitude and directionof the electric field and b) the magnetic field.
