Question: Write 3 different reflection papers that are one page long for each paper. The topic is about fleet renewal proposal plan. I will send you a PDF document that shows you the thesis presentation made to understand what the topic is about. I will also attach an image that shows the instructions for the reflection paper. For the roles to be addressed for each paper I will help you split it into three different parts:

Reflection paper one: responsible for the aircraft type selection (Cirrus TRACK SR20) and did research on its characteristics and whether it will be beneficial for flight students to train.

Reflection paper two: responsible for the financial calculations and management considerations provided in the pdf and whether it will cost the school to succeed (of course the schools should profit from it because it has demandable characteristics and efficient performance). Also researched if the new aircraft needs more staff (info provided in the pdf)

Reflection paper three: responsible for the marketing and strategic planning for the new Cirrus TRACK SR20 aircraft. Here the person is responsible for conducting a survey among students and acknowledged what they preferred and how the aircraft fleet affected their decision to attend the university. (The majority of the students were influenced by the aircraft selection to pursue their aviation degree, 25 out of 28 students said yes). Also which features (speed, range, or safety) was more important to them. In the pdf, students voted that speed was their preferred feature)
