Congress is the legislative branch that is responsible for holding hearings and obtaining testimony before voting to confirm a Supreme Court Justice. The head person on the Judiciary Committee, is Senator Grassley, He has decided not to allow any witnesses to testify. Apparently, a 3rd person was in the room when the alleged assault occured. Grassley is refusing to subpoena the 3rd person to testify. He is refusing to allow any of the victim's classmates to testify. He is refusing to allow the therapist to testify. He only wants to hear the accused and the alleged victim. As of tonight a 2nd victim has come forward and has indicated that Kavanaugh exposed himself to her when they were in law school.
