Kate (Property Manager) - Kate is Fantasy Glen's property manager and is responsible for all residential leasing. Kate has been working in the industry for 12 years now as a property manager, and due to recent growth at the Fantasy Glen Real Estate she is now managing 255 properties. Kate has always received great feedback on her annual reviews, however over the last 6 months, Sarah discussed that she has seen signs of her performance slipping. Issues / matters that were discussed include: Clients have been providing feedback that Kate has not been returning their calls within a timely manner. The assistant PM reported to Sarah that Kate's communication style has changed and is becoming short and abrupt. Kate seems to be on edge in the office and somewhat seems to be withdrawing from other staff and does not seem to be progressing. Kate has been progressively getting worse with hitting and meeting deadlines, with internal projects being impacted. Sarah has identified Kate as a positive team member and one that she would like to support and assist. Sarah made mention that as a long standing staff member, she felt like Kate always agreed to take more work on to support Sarah and Fantasy Glen Real Estate.
