As the owner of Ang Gara Shoes and Bags, Ursula Abelardo takes pride in the quality of her company's products. She started with only a few employees whom she trained and supervised personally in order to ensure that they produce excellent products. In less than five years, Ursula's business has grown and still continues to expand. The company's products are sold not only in the city's shopping malls, but are now being marketed abroad. The continues success of her business made it possible for the company to provide employment to the community where its shop is located.
