Prepare and submit a 2-3 page paper (plus title and reference pages) arguing a specific need for leadership development from a Biblical perspective corresponding to the organization selected for your final Leadership Development Paper. This paper should be considered a first revision for the "Need" section in your final paper and will later be integrated into the final project after revision according to feedback provided by the professor.

The paper should include the following:

- Discuss the value in allocating resources in leadership development.

- Identify known gaps in leadership development.

- Support and validate the need for your proposed Leadership Development Program by using tools used for an external environmental analysis from the Strategic Leadership class.

- Discuss the problem of not having sufficient support in developing leaders.

- Include specific Biblical principles and support.

- Use a minimum of three references and only one from the required texts.

- Recommend using the key terms value, gaps, need, and problem as headings to organize content.
