-The role of human resources as a strategic change agent has increased over the years. There is a strong linkage between common human resource practices and effective organizational change. Which roles human resource employees could play to achieve organizational change effectively.

-Students pursuing a bachelor's degree have recognized that their competition for jobs and promotions may be "more knowledgeable" because the competition for jobs and promotions often has a bachelor's degree or higher. Does a more knowledgeable workforce require more knowledgeable supervisors and managers? What is HR's role in creating more knowledgeable management, capable of managing employees who are more cynical and "resistant to authority?" What is HR's role in understanding the knowledge required to perform the work of the organization and determining how to position the organization as a "preferred employer" with candidates possessing the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other factors (KSAOs) needed to perform today's jobs and the jobs the organization will fill five years into the future? What is the role of the human resources management function in determining the strategic direction of the organization?
