Caitlin has received her performance appraisal. She feels that she has been discriminated against on the basis of her gender. In particular, she says that while she has satisfied all her KPIs she has not been recommended for promotion. She says that another employee, who happens to be a male and who has not met all their KPIs was offered a promotion. She refuses to deal with her line manager anymore.
