You measure a resistance of R = 1.23456 ? and record that on your data sheet. When you look up again, you notice that Capstone is now saying the resistance is R = 1.23645 ?. As you continue to watch the measurement, you notice that the numbers in the 3rd decimal continue to fluctuate, however, the first 2 decimals are constant. Explain how you would record this resistance value and its uncertainty.
