Jordan founded, owns, and manages EurAsia Gears, a pre-owned (used) automobile dealership business. One of the company's longtime veteran sales associates is retiring, so Jordan now wants to hire a new, but experienced auto salesperson. She places an advertisement in the newspaper, and narrows the search down to two candidates for the sales associate position. After the interviews, Jordan settles on hiring Kyle.
