Antibiotic resistance is a growing concern, not only in humans but also livestock animals (Did you know that livestock animals such as cows, pigs, and chickens can receive antibiotics?). Research what antibiotic resistance is, how does it develop, and what are the complications of it in both humans and livestock animals? Are you concerned about eating animal meat that was given antibiotics? Should we decrease the use of antibiotics in humans and livestock animals?
