Student is to prepare an 8-page paper based on ONE of the themes in IHRM mentioned below. The team will research the policies and practices of their selected theme in one MNEs of their choice. The paper should focus on an analysis of the effectiveness of the chosen theme in supporting the MNEs international business strategies and their ability to adapt to the disruptive and competitive international business environment.

-Description *MNEs'' Policies: Teams should describe the policies of the selected theme in two MNEs of their choice. (it should be 15% of the report body)

*MNE''s Practices (20 Marks): Teams should describe the practices of the selected theme in two MNEs of their choice. (it should be 15% of the report body)

-Analysis: Teams should write the analysis of the effectiveness of the chosen theme in supporting the MNEs international business strategies and their ability to adapt to the disruptive and competitive global business environment.

-Conclusion: the whole research findings must be addressed briefly in 200-300 words. (it should be 10% of the report body)

The line spacing must be 1.15; the Headings must be written with Times New Roman 14 Bold and the body must be written with Times New Roman 12.
