Select an organization or brand, conduct an audit of their social media and communications channels and develop a digital strategy designed to help achieve the organization's goals.
For the assignment, you will:
Research the organization's brand archetype and character and describe how that shapes its approach to social media and communications
An overview of the organization, SWOT and a top-line analysis of two competitors
Provide a review and strategic analysis of the organization's goals, social media and PR strategies, audience(s), tactics, content mix, channels, influencers, and partners
Analyze at least 3 channels from the following list: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, other.
Identify 3 tools you would recommend to the organization to help optimize and/or measure social media and explain why you selected them
Recommend a structure for the organization's social media team
Provide an example of an integrated campaign the brand executed and your rationale on whether or not it was successful
Develop a digital strategy that includes 2 measurable SMART objectives, 1 creative idea, 3 digital tactics that incorporate the idea and how you'd measure success.
