Many countries wish to have peaceful civilian nuclear plants to provide cheap energy to their people; but many other countries wish to use the technology to instill fear in the rest of the world. You will be discussing how to negotiate with countries not part of the Nuclear Proliferation Treaty (NPT) who threaten to potentially destabilize the world as well as bring a peaceful resolution to the current war in Ukraine.
