Research shows that the mismanagement of international projects results in tremendous losses for companies, and cultural differences are the main reason these failed projects.

You are a high level manager who works for an international company that has recently expanded into Europe and Russia. You have been asked to present a PowerPoint presentation to your employees who will be working closely with your European and Russian colleagues and who will begin traveling to this region for business. The employees to whom you are presenting have little or no experience working abroad.

Your PowerPoint presentation must include the following:

Any other additional information such as customs, languages, religions, etc. that will impact how your employees conduct business abroad

You must reference - using APA style - for any sources you use. Points will be deducted if you do not include a reference list. This can be the last slide in your PowerPoint, but make sure it includes all sources used: your textbook(s), websites, journal articles, etc.PowerPoint contains a "notes" feature where the presenter can insert notes under each slide.
