Central Claim: Since men of color face significant health disparities, healthcare providers should consider how prenatal care settings might be leveraged to improve the health of black men.

Reason One: Black men experience worse health outcomes.

• Evidence (B) for Reason One: Research shows that these disparities exist between black men and other groups as well (Source: Kaiser Family Foundation, 2007)

The thesis is Health Education professional provides services that improve mental health for children in Kindergarten to develop social skills to decrease behavior.

Problem: Washington State has a shortage of health education professionals or something else???

Solution: Colleges offer health education programs within the community of Washington to address the shortage (Or other ideas that have not been used).

Central Claim: Since kindergartens face significant mental health disparities, Washington should consider how promoting college health education programs might be leveraged to improve social skills to decrease aggressive behaviors in kindergarteners (or something related to it).
