Task Requirements: Prepare the Research Proposal.

The students will write the Research Proposal for their chosen contemporary issue/topic. Please note that this assessment is an extension of your assessment 1a.

This is an application-based assessment task wherein the students will need to develop a proposal for their primary research (topic will be same as 1A). The students will need to identify the Theoretical, conceptual and Methodological framework, for their primary research.

The students will be evaluated on basis of the effectiveness of the application of the various concepts learned during the weeks leading up to the assessment.

This assessment will also introduce the students to the art of writing a literature review, identifying the gap and making a thematic table. Further, the students will need to identify the conceptual framework, research design; research methodology, ethical considerations; time frame; budget and limitations pertaining to their research topic.

Further, the students will design a questionnaire as a data collection tool for their primary research.
