Instructions
Students will design their own research report, experiment, project proposal, funding proposal, observing proposal, or similar, however, restricted to the STEM. This will take the form of a written document using official templates and LaTeX styles used in class.

Literature Review
This report deals with the concept of quantum computing in research field. Quantum PCs are significantly more mind boggling than normal computerized PCs. While the normal advanced PC peruses any an incentive in double, the quantum will not expect transformation to double qualities to make it comprehensible by the PC programming language. Moreover, the quantum chip will be like the fundamental microchips utilized today yet they are considerably more ancient, quicker and can perform multiple times a larger number of activities than normal microchips.
Report Format and guidelines
For your Written report 2, you will use the LiteratureReview.tex template found in the LaTeX template.zip on the vuws site.
The Written Report 2 will be original and individual work and will have a minimum length of 1500 words. It should start with short introduction of the topic (not more than two paragraphs) which will summarise your Literature Review (WR1) and re-iterate the main question/problem which you are trying to solve in this report.
Next sections depend on the format of your WR2 (research proposal or research project). For more information regarding content of your WR2 please refer to lec- ture notes (Week 3, Week 4, Week 5 and Week 7 and Tutorial Notes Week 10) and recommended literature.
As with WR1 only one submission attempt is allowed. PLEASE CHECK AND THEN CHECK AGAIN YOUR REPORT BEFORE THE SUBMISSION! No
additional submission will be possible.
Technical requirements
the report must have a minimum length of 1500 words (not including references),
the submitted report MUST be in the pdf format compiled in LaTeX typesetting software. Other formats (e.g. pdf compiled by MS Word) will result in the final mark reduced by 50%,
if the format is research project the report must contain statistical component (see Lecture Notes from Week 10 and Week 11 and Tutorial Notes Week 5 and Week 11) done by you (not just adopted from reviewed papers). If the data used in statistical consideration is adopted from another paper you must clearly state the source of the data,
if the format is research proposal the report must contain anticipated timeline (in the format of gantt chart) and budget (in the tabular format) of the project,
your report must contain Abstract and References (or Bibliography) sections. Make sure that sure your citations are done correctly using \cite or \citep com- mands. You can use the same references from WR 1,
all adopted images and adopted data in the report must have clearly stated source, must have caption and must be cross-referenced in the main text.

Compiling/Typesetting
Be sure that, after adding a new reference, typeset your document four times:
pdfLaTeX → BibTeX → pdfLaTeX → pdfLaTeX
Your bibliography will now appear in the style of your choice and your citations will be correctly formatted. If question marks appear where citations should, that means you need to LaTeX your document once more. If the citations are entirely missing, you have likely forgotten to BibTeX your document.
