Ethical failure cannot be resolved. Something is going on today and that hasn't been solved in the company.
Introduction:
Can you help me to pick any real world (as in it is an actual case, not a "case study" or a "theoretical ethical dilemma"). You may already have an ethical situation in mind. If not, pick any large corporation and Google their name plus "ethical issues"
It must be an ethical failure by a business or corporation. For this assignment, we will not be looking at political or social ethical issues, like abortion, etc.
No ethical issue can be a general issue, like employee treatment, environmental concerns, etc, while an ethical failure is a specific situation where a company did something ethically wrong.
It should be relatively recent but this is where you use your judgement. The ethical failure cannot be resolved. If the company has appropriately and sufficiently addressed the ethical failure, there is no reason to write the memo.

- In the first paragraph, provide some context to the ethical failure. Explain what happened.

- In the third paragraph, explain what you plan to propose as a solution.
- Also in the third paragraph, explain who you plan to address the memo to and why you believe this person can resolve the ethical failure.
