Topic: Action and Participatory Research Methods

Question: The paper is an examination of a collection of recent academic articles on a topic of your choice. In the paper, you will review and critique the articles and propose a series of research propositions that could inform future research on the topic. We will spend some time in our early zoom meetings discussing strategies for identifying topics and finding key articles.

The body of the manuscript (excluding title page, references, figures, etc.) should not exceed 10 PAGES, double-spaced with one-inch margins and 12-point font. Papers spanning organization theory and other disciplines such as organizational behavior, strategy, sociology, communications, etc.
