Conduct research on successful leaders in three separate industry sectors to determine their leadership styles, characteristics, traits, and behaviors. Choose one leader from three of the following sectors or others:

Hospitality

Retail

Informational Technology/Technological/Scientific

Healthcare/Pharmaceutical

Manufacturing/Mining

Transportation/Utilities/Logistics

Finance/Real Estate/Public Administration

Use course content and the results of your research to complete the following instructions:

1. Identify and describe the single most obvious leadership characteristic that each of the leaders demonstrated.

2. Decide on at least two leadership characteristics that are necessary for successful leadership in an organization and explain why they are necessary.

3. Explain how these leadership characteristics support your own company's values.
