So we have to scrutinize his work to analyze its strength, weakness, opportunities and threat in Japanese market. - Rakesh also mentioned that we need to widen our research and look for some alternative museums and galleries in Japan and make comparison with the Mori Art museum. Because the role of a consultant is not only do what the client requires, but also advice them and give them solid reason why to choose that option, not others. - One last thing, all the knowledge and information you use in the presentation need to be cited and have a reference list.

One more point: Rakesh commented many things about our presentation. I list out as follow, so you can have a closer look at what we should do next to amend the presentation: - When doing Pestle analysis, we have to link the relevant elements with the art world context in UK or if possible, link to Bruce's work. If some of the factors (for example: environmental factors) do not have direct/important relationship with the project, we can remove it. Maybe we can just do Pest analysis instead of Pestle. And all the information is presented in their trends (like going up, down or remain stable?, and what does it affect our project?). - Comparison needs to be shown in all the analysis. You should not just bring out some data or information without its context/trends or comparison with its counterparts in the UK. Because what we need to present to our client is the knowledge, not mere data or information. For example, when you show a GDP of Japan, what does it mean? How does it relate to Bruce's work? When comparing with the UK's, what does it say?
