For this assignment, read and analyze the attached case study and data set. Consider the following as you analyze the case study:

1. Read the case and discuss primary care encounters that you have experienced (pros and cons).

2. Do internet research on emerging trends in information technology (big data, cognitive computing, data visualization, text mining, wearable technology, mobile computing, Internet of Things, etc.).

3. Examine the attached data set. Conduct some preliminary descriptive analysis, including visualization (be sure to include some key points of your descriptive analysis/visualization in the body of your case study).

4. The Chief of Family Practice has requested that your analysis be between 2-3 pages in length and that you incorporate at least three (3) peer-reviewed/scholarly sources.
