Purpose: The purpose of the assignment is to give you insight into how healthcare companies utilize different modalities to share their services with other physicians, their employees, and consumers. In essence, you are using the information you find to consider what you would do with your own strategic plan.
Instructions: Conduct research on at least five healthcare companies, two locally and three nationally. Take a deep dive into what they use to promote their services.
Provide a table comparing the different modalities (website, Facebook, etc.) used to market their services directly to consumers and modalities used to market to the medical community. Write a one to two page paper with the summary of your findings and share which modalites you would consider using for your company and in your strategic plan.
Strategic plan idea for a healthcare imaging facility for all imaging services
"The services that will potential be provided are diagnostic x-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), bone densitometry, interventional radiography, mammograms, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy. Having the ability to offer these dynamic services would provide better patient care and most of all a convenience of services. All imaging services would have to ability to be performed at one location.
An increase in the patient volume would also be an asset to the organization, considering more services are to be provided, the patients could be referred to this location and have all imaging services performed without additional travel."
