BUSINESS & CORPORATIONS LAW GROUP ASSIGNMENT

Research on an Australian case (not more than 10 years old since the decision by the Court) involving breach of company director's/officer's duties.

Write a report outlining the following:

1. Case introduction.

2. Outline the duties/responsibilities (eg CA s. 181) breached and explain why the duties were breached.

3. Discuss and critically ANALYSE the court/tribunal decision and the reason for the decision in view of the Corporations Act.

4. Present the report in class or video recording. Your lecturer will advise which is appropriate. All members must present on the day or a fail will be recorded. Presentations will be of a maximum of 5 minutes.

Australian student, 2000 words. The attached is the law assignment along with reference cases that needs to be used. Atlas 3-4 cases needs to be used. Also there is another document which give information about the marks distribution. This needs a solid reference bibliography. This assignment is to be submitted by the due date via Safeassign – Bb.
