The current COVID-19 pandemic has led to a devastating socio-economic predicament, which has resulted in the temporary closure and collapse of thousands of businesses across the globe. To be able to survive and stay competitive in the current turbulent environment, most companies have changed or modified their business model and process. Most restaurants in Canada have adjusted their business model by selling groceries and offering full delivery services.

XYZ Restaurant (Vague) located in Toronto has had to temporarily close down to business due to social distancing and the lockdown situation. The restaurant has been in business for 25 successful years without a website and online delivery services. Just within 7 months, the restaurant has lost over 50% of its customers and 70% in revenue. Evidently, the restaurant needs to repurpose its business operations to be able to stay in business which calls for immediate business research.

As a data analyst develop a research plan to better help the management of the restaurant in the quest of repurposing its business operations. Your post should address the questions below.
