This project will be focused research in the area of construction productivity. The research is to explore the current state of the art within the subject area. Published research shall be examined to produce a paper evaluating work done within the area of this topic. Minimum of 5 technical references (journal papers and/or refereed conference papers), or ASCE Journals.

It should be a technical report in a format similar to a journal article. There must be an abstract, introduction, summary of references, assessment of the current state of the art, conclusion and list of references. Paper Layout:
