In the article, "How (Un)ethical are You", the authors discuss bias that emerges from unconscious beliefs. Based on the reading, your external research, and your analysis, answer the following:

How would you start/begin (i.e., What strategy would you use?) to make sure that your own unconscious beliefs do not impact your decision making as a manager?

Address this in the context of your hiring of a new member of a small project team with a specific technical skill set.
