Research and briefly identify the energy conservation measures that reduce a building's energy use by reducing one or more of the heating/cooling/electrical loads experienced by that building. (hint : ground source heat pumps, etc. do not reduce the building load, they merely are a more efficient manner of meeting the building load.)
Then select one of the conservation measures you have identified above, and prepare a written report, 1500 words in length, and illustrated as required.
The report must summarise how the measure reduces building load and hence saves energy, what building science principles are involved, how successful the measure is in practice, what limitations there are in using this measure, and how much can typically be saved.
