Question: This week, you are to research an article from the university's library.

Research an article/journal using the university's library regarding an organization's recruitment process. The article should be based on either challenges the organization has regarding their recruitment efforts or strategies they use to fill their open positions. Also, in the forums, you reviewed Facebook's recruitment information. In this week's assignment, summarize the article and include your perspectives regarding whether the organization could use any of the strategies that Facebook uses. Your content should be one-two pages. In addition, include a cover page, reference page and two additional references.

In this assignment, don't use encyclopedia, Wikipedia, unknown, undated, or anonymous sources, such as brief articles from websites. Also, cite all sources according to APA.
