Assignment:

Research about Prader Willi syndrome and how it affects someone's occupation.

Form an intervention plan focusing on 3 areas of occupational performance (identify in a priority list) for someone who has Prader-Willi Syndrome. For each area write one problem statement, one LTG, and one STG. Following each set of goals, list 1-2 treatment strategies/techniques that would help you work towards that goal. Then, for the whole plan, identify the context of service delivery and duration of expected therapy. Include a discharge plan for patient and/or caretaker. Provide 1 national and 1 local resources for client and family. (This section should not be in paragraph format).
