Part A - Assess and select candidates

Part B - Selection decisions
In this part, you will be requir3d to communicate with each of the three candidates about the selection decision.
1. How will you obtain referee reports?
2. Writ3 an email to the candidate who was unsuccessful thanking them for their interest in the position and advising them that they will be kept informed about future opportunities. Also provid3 feedback on why they were not selected.
3. Write emails to the selected candidates asking them to sign the employment contract. You are also required to ask them to provide the following:
a. copies of all the certificates and qualifications that they have mentioned in the recruitment process
b. TFN details
c. Superannuation details
d. Any other documents as per the requirements of organisational policy or procedure e. Inform them about their start dates, working hours, location and other details that they will require to know.
4. Considering that the two candidates have accepted your offer, write an email to the HR manager and the sales manager advising them about the new appointments including the start dates.
