For this course, you will complete the following project planning documents:

  • Requirements Management Plan (Video discussion of assignment: https://youtu.be/LtuclVt2MHs)
  • Work Breakdown Structure (Video discussion: https://youtu.be/2FtDR8QcyMo)
    • Work Breakdown Structure Dictionary for 5 of your WBS items
  • Activity List (Video: https://youtu.be/G8BoRELd7HA BUT first watch the Schedule Network Diagram video under Module 3 content)
    •  Attributes entry for 10 Activities drawn from across your list
    • Schedule Network Diagram using those 10 of Activities
      • Includes:
        • identifying paths by name and length
        • identifying the Critical Path
        • calculating slack for all other paths
  • Risk Registry (Video: https://youtu.be/2wPmkFLhVKA)
    • List all the risks you can identify, but only plan risk responses for 8 risks, at least 1 of which must be a positive risk
  • Risk Management Plan (Video for Risk Registry covers both parts)

As with the Stakeholder Management Plan, in real work you done a WBS Dictionary entry for every item, your activity list and attributes are defined for every item, and your Schedule Network Diagram includes every item.  These are cut down here only for the purpose of our course.
