Mrs Jones is the manager at Henley's, a hardware store with over 70 employees in four separate departments. Mrs Jones oversees each departments' goals and objectives to ensure that it aligns with the requirements and expectations of top management. She firmly believes in leading by example and therefore they have weekly group meetings wherein everyone, including Mrs Jones, shares their personal, as well as department goals for the week. She consistently and firmly holds the employees accountable for the goals they set for themselves and their departments. In return, she welcomes the employees to hold her accountable as well.
