2.1 Literature review
From the literature review, there are very less numbers of such website. So our website will be helping the disable people in a unique way. Some of the unique features of our website will be as follows:
• Access is easy
• Providing the information in a better way
• Navigation is easy
• Plain English content
• Better experience for disable people
• Caption on videos

2.2 Technology review
For helping the people with eye sight problems, we are developing a website. Now in this era of information technology, where the technology is evolving. We are building the website by using the modern technology concepts.
The Technology used for building the website are as follows:
• Html
• JavaScript
• Bootstrap
• Magnifiers
• Navigators

2.3 Summary
For this chapter, we reviewed the literature, from the literature, we found some of the resources for our website. The salient features of the website is discussed above. Other than the literature review. We will be using different technologies to build the website for the disable people. The major technologies are also written in the section of technology review.

Chapter 3: Requirement Analysis and Planning
3.1 Requirement Gathering
The requirement gathering is one of the most important part in building the successful product. Because understanding the requirement is necessary to make a good website and according to the will of the client.
For gathering the requirements, we conducted meetings with client. The outcome of the meetings are as follows:
What the client wants
• Client meeting was held on Friday July 30
• The client wishes to modernize the whole site
• They also wish us to implement the accessibility features and assistive technologies
• They allow us a lot of freedom
• They offer help in the testing phases of the project where people with actual disabilities can give valuable feedback
• They also wish to offer photography services as one of the team members possess a keen skill.
