Assessment Requirement
To prepare graphical representation of domestic style contemporary architecture used within the Australian housing market. You are to review two styles currently used in today's contemporary architecture and from each style analyse and demonstrate comprehension of construction to:
1. The cladding system and how that connects to the other key parts of the building such as:
• Framing or structural system
• Foundation
• Roof
• Window and door openings
2. One example of flat roof construction
3. One example of roof / wall parapet
4. One example of balcony construction
5. Key legislative areas identifying how compliance to National Construction Code is met

C. Californian Bungalow circa 1920's
D. Art Deco - circa - 1930's

Submission
One Al (or equivalent) poster to be predominantly graphical with appropriate annotation identifying the architectural style and the construction system / method used. Comprising 2D and 3D images of technical nature supported with legislative and regulatory text and referencing.
Addendum
You are to produce a reflective log comprising no more than 500 words which details your learning journey. This should demonstrate your justification and integration of information you have gained from doing the assessment task. It is a description of how much you have learned and how you have applied that information within the log.
