Called to bedside. Client complaining of 8/10 chest pain on a Numerical Rating Scale, reports the feeling is like an elephant is sitting on his chest. He presents with diaphoresis, nausea but no emesis. Kidney basin placed on the bedside table. Notable tachypnea. 12 lead electrocardiogram (ECG) shows sinus tachycardia with ST elevation in anterior leads.
