REPORT ON OHS HAZARD MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

Report

This assessment follows from Assessment 1 and requires students to demonstrate application of knowledge and skills in evidence-based approach to OHS hazard management and control.

This assessment task requires students to

i. choose or adapt an evidence-based approach from Module 1 to compare between two OHS hazard and risk management processes from module 2,

ii. select one OHS hazard and risk management process based on your comparative analysis,

iii. use your selected/adapted OHS hazard and risk management process to identify, assess and propose measures for managing and controlling no less than eight (8) different Plant-related hazards covered in this course, and

iv. submit their findings in the form of a report.

The report should include the following sections, as a minimum:
a. Introduction
b. Methods
c. Hazards
d. Risks
e. Controls, and
f. Referencing

IEEE Referencing Style
Maximum of 20 References
