Compare and contrast the demographic indicators for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population with the population as a whole. Identify the prevalence of two risk factors associated with diabetes in both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the population as a whole.

Part 3: Discuss reasons why Australia's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples experience poorer health compared to the non-Indigenous population.

Part 4: Discuss each principle of primary health care in relation to the demographic profile and health needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples living with diabetes. Discuss strategies you would use to engage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to enable them equitable access to PHC.
