Students will submit a progress report of an organizational change intervention that they are conducting (theoretically if needed). The organizational change is with cyber risk in the health care sector. The progress report will have four sections, (a) a brief description of the situation, the proposed change, and the goal of the intervention; (b) a list of actions that have been taken to date in the intervention and a discussion of the reactions of others in the workplace to these actions; (c) a reflection on how the intervention is going to date, and; (d) adjustments to the intervention plan, if any, or an explanation of why no adjustments are needed. The mid-action report does not have a page or word count guideline. Scholarly references may be used to enhance some elements of the report. Format requirements: Double-spaced, 12 pt. Times New Roman font and use of APA writing conventions.
