Assessment findings reveal slight shortness of breath, diaphoresis, and nausea and vomiting. Vital signs are BP, 122/78; P, 82; R, 20; T, 98.2 F. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 188 pounds. Her tentative diagnosis is to "r/o Inferior wall MI."
