The written report consists of a summary (your legal brief) of the group's work that serves as the basis for your prosecution or defence of the indictments. Each group will hand in a written presentation of 8-10 pages (excluding the list of references/bibliography and the cover page where you state your names, group number and name of module/course).

Suggested structure:

- Background (situation (conflict) at hand to be addressed at court, what the case is built on).

The main purpose of the written report is to summarise your case presented in court in a clear and concise manner with the inclusion of the sources used. Hence, the structure and headings are dependent on how you have structured and built your prosecution/defence.
