Each property can receive one or more type of services (rent collection, interior maintenance, exterior maintenance, and many more). Each property can also have one or more tenants. In addition to the entities above, you want to track the service calls you receive by creating a ticketing system in the database. You may call these service calls “incidents.” In addition, you also want to record the date and times you collected rent from tenants at each property. Design this database by creating an ERD.
