• We also make sure to complete the project on time and make sure no one is dissatisfied with the project also make some returns for the investors in the project.
PROJECT SCOPE
• Build the apartments as per the approved government body policies and layouts.
• Construct the necessities for the society such as parks, clinics, groceries, recreations etc.
• Make sure to follow all the guidelines for the road widths, safety policies, first aid guidelines at the roads. Signals and speed breakers and road signs are properly installed within the community where the project is going on.
• Safety of the workers at the construction site at all times is the companies' responsibilities.
• Security management for the whole community after the construction also comes under the firms' responsibilities.
1. Develop framework for project
2. Complete a research summary on the construction plan.
3. Planning, brainstorming and getting required planning copy from the architect.
4. Consult with departmental reps and present the planning copy and get approvals of go-ahead.
5. Start construction of the project in phases

7. Implementation and communication to stakeholder groups
8. Marketing and sales strategy finalizing
9. Opening up the bookings for the public who are interested
10. Handover of the completed apartments to the owners
