You are the director of a nonprofit organization. One of your largest donors wants donate the funds to remodel your building to give it an updated look. While you deeply appreciate the offer, the organization needs to resurface the parking lot. As a result of new building codes and required upgrades, the cost will be $400,000. Write a letter thanking George Glass for his commitment to ABC Charities. Then, ask him to consider funding the parking lot resurfacing instead of the remodeling of the building.
