You are the Human Resource Manager for US T-Shirts, a 10-year old company that your best friend, who is also the CEO, founded in a small community outside of Chicago, IL. You employ over 100 people. You have outgrown your current location. The CEO informed you of an opportunity to obtain an old clothing factory in India for a very reasonable cost. She has already established the management for the firm; however, you need to assist in hiring and scheduling the laborers for this new manufacturing location.
