As you have been learning, Microsoft Excel and Access are used heavily in the business. A company might use Excel to track inventory, budget, and payroll. They can use Access to create a customer and product database. Another type of data a business and consumers can use comes from websites like Amazon and Yelp. These provide customer ratings and comments. A business can analyze these ratings to boost revenue and ensure they satisfy their customers. But, what happens when the comments and ratings left on these sites are false or misleading?

Find a review page for a business or a product.
How many reviews/ratings are present? At what percentage is each rating (5 stars, 4, 3, 2, 1)?
Describe any perceived relationships between the business and the public (i.e. responding to comments).
Analyze the data on the site to identify misleading information. For example, do all the reviews seem to come directly from employees? Or, does it appear an angry customer spammed the site with comments? Do all the positive or negative reviews/ratings come from a specific region?
