1) Any increase in team size and team skill level, reduce project time to complete but also increase project cost. Through any increase in outsourcing level, time to complete project decrease but total cost of project increases. Overtime reduce project total time. Productivity increases through increasing team size and team skill level and amount of outsourcing. Many new problems were discovered due to increasing outsourcing level. Stress level of team increases when project seems to more behind schedule and over budget.

a) A positive relationship between productivity and various traits of the project like team size, team skill level was analyzed. This explains that project can be more efficiently managed by selecting a medium number of team members with medium skill level and with higher outsourcing level. Encouraging overtime has also a positive effect on project outcome. In order to complete the project ahead of schedule and under budget, traits of more practical scope target, more practical project time to complete and efficient team meetings were analyzed supportive.

2. Strategy in Scenario C was to select high-speed wireless for good scope. Four team members with medium skills were selected. The project was target to complete a week seventeen. One introductory meeting, five day to day meetings and six team meetings were selected. Extensive outsourcing was applied. No prototype production was selected. Through applying all these things project was analyzed as less over budgeted and more behind schedule. The project scope was good. The project was completed according to scope, time and cost requirements with some variations. So,this strategy kinda worked, but I wasn’t as great as was expected to be.

a.  First time when I tried for Scenario C, high speed wireless scope with five team members and high medium level was applied. The project was set to complete at week eighteen. Extensive outsourcing, three team members, five introductory meetings and 10 day to day meetings was applied. One prototype production was applied.

This strategy did not work. As, result shows that project was highly over budgeted.

3. In my opinion, if more problems aroused and if higher management requires to manage project more accurately to follow cost and time requirements than a strategy of high speed wireless scope with three team members and medium skill level and medium level of sourcing and allowing overtime will help.
