Harper Handymen Co. enters into a contract with Phillip under which Harper Handymen Co. promises to paint Phillip's house. Phillip promises to pay $10,000 at the completion of work. Harper Handymen Co. enters into an agency relationship with Allen to paint the house (assume Allen is an independent contractor). Allen, unfortunately, paints the wrong house. Allen mistakenly paints Danielle's house next door. Danielle returns from vacation, surprised to see her house beautifully painted. Harper Handymen Co. asks Danielle to pay for the work. Danielle refuses.

i. Under what theory may Harper Handymen Company attempt to recover from Danielle? Would Allen have a claim against Danielle? Will either the company or Allen be successful? Explain.
