1. Think of a common household item, material thing, device, or machine that you frequently use that you think could use some modification to provide usability once redesigned or upscaled. Consider our lectures and how life would be better if only designers consider usability in the first place in the modification of your chosen device.

2. Use any available drawing tool you have in your laptop, tablet or smartphone to draw how your reinvented/upscaled object will look like. Include the shapes, size, texts, colors, and other details you want. Then put the proper labels and descriptions for all the components (See the sample output below).

3. Discuss or explain why you chose that design in your reinvented material based on effectiveness, efficiency, and aesthetics.

4. Your reinvention must have at least ten (10) different functionalities. Make sure to supply the appropriate labels.

5. Take note that the functionalities of your reinvention can be "futuristic" but must always be "realistic'.
